Company Located at Booth #7904 at the Las Vegas Convention Center

Company Release - 1/5/2016 12:43 PM ET

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 01/05/16 -- TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO), a leader in the advanced television entertainment market, will showcase its latest updates to the personal TV experience as well as highlight some impressive things to come in 2016 this week on the exhibit floor of the Consumer Electronics Show 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Take Recorded Shows Anywhere with TiVo on Amazon Fire TV
As part of TiVo's effort to make TiVo-recorded content available no matter where consumers are and what device they are using, TiVo now allows users to download the TiVo app on their Amazon Fire™ TV or Amazon Fire TV Stick for easy access to TiVo DVR recordings on any TV in the home or remotely. The application allows users to select which DVR to play from, set up streaming to the app, and control the playback experience, giving users more control over how and when they watch their favorite content. Users can continue playing from where they've left off on the main DVR, or jump forward or backward within a recording. The application is available to TiVo Stream, TiVo Roamio® Plus, TiVo Roamio Pro, or TiVo BOLT™ users.

Boldly Going Where No Mobile Content Service Has Gone Before
The latest updates to TiVo's mobile experience on iOS devices feature a new personalized experience, including selecting hobbies and special interests as well as sharing recommendations with friends as part of the discovery experience. TiVo's mobile experience on both iOS and Android™ devices allows consumers to search, record, watch and share favorite shows from live TV and search, watch and share shows across streaming services1. Highlighting the latest in mobile technology, the TiVo mobile application brings the best features in content management and viewing to consumers at home or remotely, including OnePass™ manager, content recommendations, What to Watch, show streaming, and To Do List manager.

World's first truly Unified Entertainment System
This fall, TiVo® introduced the TiVo BOLT to the world, the first 4K unified entertainment system and mobile experience that bridges cable and Web content into a universally searchable experience. The TiVo BOLT allows users to skip full commercial breaks using SkipMode™2 and watch recorded shows 30 percent faster with QuickMode™, for unprecedented speed to and through content. Now with applications including Hulu and WWE, the TiVo BOLT aims to be a consumer's all-in-one entertainment system.

The Complete Multi-Room Solution
Coupled with the TiVo BOLT, the TiVo Mini becomes a Tru Multi Room™ experience, so the same TV experience can be had in any room in the house. Attach a Mini to all additional TVs in the house with no additional monthly service fee, to save money exponentially -- the best bargain in the business.3

TiVo brings the best cable and streaming content around the globe
TiVo continues its incredible traction all over the globe with the acquisition of Cubiware and a growing subscription base of more than 4 million international subscribers. In private meeting rooms, TiVo will be showcasing the latest offerings available to partners around the world, including advanced solutions from Cubiware such as Cubi TiVoLite, Cubiware Pace and Cubiware 4K. The company will also be highlighting its integration with Virgin Media, its TV service with Com Hem, and offerings through Vodafone.

TiVo subsidiary Digitalsmiths® will privately highlight the company's Seamless Discovery™, which can blend multiple video sources, such as Linear TV, Premium Channels, VOD and OTT offerings, with other data sources to deliver multiple types of personalized recommendation features, including personalized recommendations for individuals, group recommendations, personalized browsing, and item similarity.

Domestic partnerships abound with new advancements
Partners and select clients will also be shown the latest updates to the TiVo-Pace MG1 DVR, a multi-tuner video gateway featuring the full award-winning TiVo experience on third-party equipment. The MG1 supports TiVo's whole-home capabilities, including streaming your favorite shows (using TiVo Stream) to TiVo's mobile and tablet applications, multi-room streaming, and live TV streaming to TiVo Mini and the Pace Mi3 Mini.
